Nestled in the heart of Bandon, OR, RiverSide Studio stands as a beacon for artistic expression and craftsmanship. Founded by John Bealey, a seasoned artist and educator, the gallery reflects a lifetime dedicated to the arts. From teaching in Barrow, Alaska, to nurturing creativity in the village of Ouzinkie and later at Kodiak High School, John's journey ultimately led him back to Oregon where he taught at Coquille High School before opening RiverSide Studio.

John's work is often described as "off the wall" — a playful blend of tradition and innovation. His pieces include stunning pottery, wooden sculptures, and vivid acrylic paintings that capture the wild, unfiltered spirit of nature. Each artwork at RiverSide Studio tells a story shaped by decades of exploration, teaching, and creative passion.
